Kaduna IPAC Gets New Chairman

Hon Ahmed Tijani Mustapha, Of the African Democratic Congress (ADC)
has been unanimously elected chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) of Nigeria, Kaduna state.
In his acceptance speech, the new Chairman promised to do everything possible not to betray that trust you have in me.
He, however, pleaded for all and sundry support to give the Inter-Party Advisory Council, IPAC a powerful voice, saying he intended to carry out assignments in such a way that all of them who voted him unopposed can take pride in having done so, I will be the IPAC’s Chairman for all.
I also owe a debt of gratitude to all of you, by total loyalty and commitment, we have indeed today come together to symbolise the triumph of democracy.
“As I take up this office today my overwhelming emotion will be total humility.
“We are ready to discharge our duties, to earn the confidence you bestowed on us and hope to work with all political parties based on the principles of respect, fairness, and unity of purpose to promote IPAC among all political parties for the betterment of political activities political dividends in Kaduna state,
I thank you all for the confidence you impose in me to Chair Inter Party Advisory Council IPAC, in Kaduna State.”
