KADCHMA partners Proprietors of  Private Schools to enrol 30,000 Staff

The Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority (KADCHMA) to partner with the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools Kaduna State Chapter, to enrol over 30,000 Staff of their members in the Kaduna State Contributory Health Scheme.

 

The Director General KADCHMA, Mallam, Abubakar Hassan Stated this during a meeting with the executive members of the association, held in the Board Room of the Authority.

 

He stressed the need for members of the association to embrace the Scheme for them to reduce out-of-pocket Spending on their health needs.

 

Abubakar Hassan added that with the Signing of the New Health Insurance Act in 2022 by the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,  Muhammad Buhari, a health insurance scheme is now mandatory for all Nigerians.

 

Speaking earlier,  the Chairman of the Association Mallam, Ja’afaru Yusuf explains that the executive members of the association attained the meeting because of the benefits their members will derive from the Scheme and that they were ready to finalize discussion on the enrolment process with the authority.
