Hon. Susan Waya Gives Succour To Over 1000 School Children in Benue

The Governorship aspirant on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Hon Mrs Susan Waya has support over One thousand less privileged children who were affected by conflicts with funds through her NGO to continue with their education.

Her NGO also have supported women and young girls with seed capital and required accessories to venture into entrepreneurship.

In an interactive session with her media team on Friday 15 October 2021 in Makurdi, Benue State, Hon. Waya made it clear that, her passion and ambition is to provide education to every young underprivileged child, especially girls, so that they can grow up to be strong women who can positively impact their society as politicians, CEOs, wives, mothers, administrators, diplomats, and philanthropists, and to excel in almost any field they choose.

She stressed that every man must stick their minds to contribute to the advancement of our community to place the less privileged at a vantage position in the society.

Speaking further, Susan Waya said when they were growing up, it was difficult for many parents to fund education of their children effectively.

She said alot of them benefited from the government at that time and have made their marks in their ventures, so is now time for them to come to the aid of the future leaders, because if they fail to lift them, they will come back for their children and the society at large won’t rest as we are experiencing all over the country now.

According to her “EDUCATION” will be her top priority if voted as the next governor of Benue state. She added that her administration will establish an education strategy that will be both essential for individual development and for the national growth.

The governorship aspirant said she will provide free pre- primary and primary education, upgrade higher education institutions, restore our tertiary scholarship scheme to make education more attractive, and increase the quality of education with more emphasis on the development of vocational training skills and better trained teachers.

Responding, one among the media team Mr Chivirter Cephas Ali appreciate and thank Hon Mrs. Susan Nguveren Waya for her generosity towards the less privileged and prayed that may God continue to bless her and answer all her secret prayers. He maintained that there is still time to invest and save our educational system.
