NSP 2nd SESSION ELECTION HOLDS IN MARCH 2021

…as Mubarak led session ends in days

The election for the second session of Nigerian Students’ Parliament (NSP) has been slatted for March, 2021.

The resolution was reached at the meeting yesterday between members of the NSP board of trustees led by its chairman; Amb. Godstime Chukwubuikem Samuel and the Honourable Minister of state, Federal ministry of education in Abuja.

The NSP constitution section 7 clearly stipulated that the tenure of every session will not exceed 13 months.

The NSP board of trustees also visited the national patron of NSP who is the speaker of the federal house of Representatives; Rt.Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila to notify him of the way forward.

Many have affirmed the the Out going speaker of NSP; Rt.Hon. Mubarak Aliyu Rimi and his co-piloters have pioneered the parliament well so far.

The NSP national patron called on federal lawmakers to begin nomination of next student parliamentarians for the 2nd session of NSP
