As the tussle for who to occupy the Lord Lugard house intensifies, the Kogi west progressive stakeholders consultative forum are working hard scouting for a stronger candidate that will stop the incumbent Governor, Yahaya Bello from returning for a second term in office.

The move according to the former running mate of late Prince Abubakar Audu under the ticket of the All Progressive Congress in 2015 elections Abiodun Faleke was to right the wrong and liberate the people of Kogi from the shackles of poverty and slavery in their mother land.

Mr Faleke who was addressing a strategic meeting in Abuja, Nigeria explained that Governor Bello has in the last four years grossly abuse power as well as stealing from the poor and vulnerable civil servants thereby subjecting them to severe hardship and untimely death.

He however, urged the people to vote wisely in the November 16 governorship elections.
