Federal Ministry of Health Pleadges To Work With UYAN To Improve The Health Of Unemployed Youths, Other Vulnerables

In a collaborations an engagement meeting of federal ministry of health and social welfare and the unemployed youths association of nigeria, UYAN help on 6th May, 2024 at the Ministry Headquarters, Federal Secretariat, in Abuja.

The Permanent Secretary who was represented by Dr Binyerem C Ukaire, Director of family health department applauded the leadership of unemployed youths association of Nigeria, UYAN for championing all the lauded projects to positively engage the Unemployed Youths in Nigeria in other to reduce Unemployment rate in the country.

She promised to engage the unemployed youths association of Nigeria in their programmes, more especially in area of delivering improved health to unemployed youths and other vulnerable in the country.

While the president of unemployed youths association of Nigeria, UYAN, Comrade Casmir Irekamba thanked the Federal ministry of health and social welfare in their efforts and works to ensure Nigerians have access to effective and efficient health delivery services and systems and the desire of the ministry of health to collaborate with UYAN in health awareness campaigns on “HEALTHY YOUTH, HEALTHY NATION”

While, the federal ministry Health and social welfare promise to set a technical desk for the collaboration with the unemployed youths association of Nigeria, UYAN, the statement reads.
