Don’t use pension deductions to finance budget deficit, says Oshiomhole

National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Mr Adams Oshiomhole, said on Wednesday that the Federal Government and State Governments should not use pension deductions from workers’ earnings to finance their respective budget deficits.

Oshiomhole gave the advice while speaking at the opening of the Presidential Policy Retreat in Abuja.

He said the money was meant to address critical issues that affected the lives of the contributors.

President Muhammadu Buhari had declared the retreat open at the Council Chamber of the State House.
