Crushing The Enemy: Troops Kill Unspecified Scores of Bandits in Niger State

The Military High Command, on Monday, said it’s troops of Operation Whirl Punc has recorded tremendous success against armed bandits in Niger State.
The DHQ also said, troops working on credible intelligence on the activities of armed bandits attack at Tashan Kare, in Niger State neutralized several bandits.
The coordinator, Defence Media Operation Major General John Enenche in a statement said, “troops swiftly mobilized to the scene and made contact with the bandits.
According to Enenche, “the gallant troops engaged the armed bandits with superior fire power killing unspecified number while others fled in disarray into the bushes”. Enenche revealed.
He further revealed that troops suffered three (3) casualties while two (2) others were wounded in action, said exploitation is on going.
The DHQ, congratulates the gallant troops for their professionalism and encourages them to intensify the onslaught against the enemies of our country.
