#COVIDUpdate: 117 New Cases Of COVID-19 Have Been Reported In Nigeria

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) HIGHLIGHTS

• On the 21st of April 2020, 117 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria • Till date, 782 cases have been confirmed, 197 cases have been discharged and twenty-five deaths have been recorded in Nigeria • The 117 new cases are reported from eight states- Lagos (59), FCT (29), Kano (14), Borno (6), Katsina (4), Ogun (3), Rivers (1), Bauchi (1). • A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
