“This is about the sixth time the Commission is being informed that Chief (Barr) Kenneth Udeze is not a member of the party Action Alliance.

“And yet the Commission continues to accord him recognition as the National Chairman of the party, a stranger to the party.

” If there is any special position Chief (Barr) Kenneth Udeze occupies with the commission, which entitles him, a total and complete stranger, to be recognized as the National Chairman of the Party, we would like to be educated.

“Let me end by reminding us that it will amount to unlawful exclusion if the candidates of the party are intentionally excluded from contesting the next general election. Unless of course it is intended that the entire process be scuttled as we shall definitely approach the tribunals to set aside all elections conducted without Our genuine candidate. ” The letter reads
